Rock Creek Commons
Rock Creek Commons was the second phase of the condo conversion of the Rock Creek Apartments in the early 1980s. The community begins at the corner of Washington Avenue and Colston Drive and continues along both streets and includes buildings 2200 to 2204 on Colston and buildings 2203 to 2211 on Washington Avenue. The community features a total of 54 units including studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and lofted condos. All of the units in Rock Creek Commons have central air and heat (individual heat pumps) and have a washer/dryer in the unit. The community is professionally managed.
